Great at night. Really well lit up.
Great historic graveyard lies in the grounds of the Trinity church which include some historical figures from Scotland's past Both Sir John De Graeme (Best friend and most loyal knight) and Sir John Stewart of bonkyll arrle buried in the gounds They fought and died at the Battle of Falkirk 1298 and were commanders in Sir William Wallace's army In the far corner a massive Bute Cross Stands for the 600 men of Bute who also fought and Died at the Battle Inside the church is a marvel with its Beautiful stained glass windows Its bell tower houses some interesting bells Bought for the Church By Robert dollar esq over a hundred years ago and made in San Francisco the bell tuns every time it is struck so it is not struck in the same place consecutively and operate with leavers rather than pull cords The Town gets its name from this Church the Faw Kirk ...or Speckled church ...
